![]() So I ask again, what are you planning to do about this? Because the current "solutions" offered by you are unacceptable. I truly believe that you are fully aware of the sound issues but are choosing to do nothing about it at the cost of us, the consumer. All you've essentially done is come on this subreddit and tell the users to use the USB or adapter, which I have already detailed why that is unacceptable. You haven't acknowledged that the sound is awful nor have you given any indication that a fix is in the works. Perhaps the most concerning of all is your silence on this issue. Somebody who buys a $300 pair of headphones because they are "compatible", not knowing that "compatible" basically means "ya, sound DOES come out" is a HORRIBLE thing to do to a consumer. I think you're using shady marketing tactics by using the word "compatible". To continually market your headphones as "next-gen compatible" is disingenuous and wrong. ![]() It doesn't even do I read your response as to why you decided to make it HDMI 2.0b instead of HDMI 2.1 and frankly, it just sounds lazy. I bought my next-gen system to take full advantage of HDMI 2.1 at Your adapter does not do that. While I do understand that MS removed the optical port which removes the ability to use it in the basestation, the USB solution does not work and is not next-gen ready.Īs for the adapter, that does not work. ![]() ![]() And yes, I have followed the instructions on how to connect my headphones and they sound horrible. The USB firmware update removed spacial sound and eq presets. With the firmware update, your headphones are no better than a $20 pair that have access to the Dolby Atmos app. ![]()
